Inspired in part by other parents who blog regularly about the antics of their offspring, as well as their joys and heartache, and wishing to keep family and friends up-to-date on the antics of my own offspring, but not wanting to be accused of spamming, I decided to blog. I hold no great aspirations that my random musings will inspire others to greatness, but merely hope that my readers are slightly amused by what they see before them. And, well, if you care to comment and tell me I’m not alone in this wacky world of child-rearing, then, hurrah! (Besides, having left the corporate world to spend more time with my kids, I need an outlet. I no longer have a captive audience of co-workers who listened to my tales with a bemused look upon their faces. At least I think it was bemusement. It could have been pain.)

I keep my rants on “blogger” but I actually use WordPress for my kid’s Little League team blog updating the kids from game to game on what we did great and what we’ll work on for the future. They love it.
